Outdoor Event! Covered Pavilions. Dress for the weather.
Rain or Shine. Just not Tornadoes or lightning!

Sign-In opens at 7:30 a.m. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, and as this is a rain or shine event, check the weather and dress accordingly. (A hat is always a great idea.)

Sign In with Group Leader when you arrive. There will be 8 groups. Tables will be marked 1-8. Choose a group! Feel free to group with friends. We will need balance.
Pickup your event bag, eyes, ears, and name tags.
Tune in to the safety briefing.
